hello.
after a looong time of trying...
...i finally found a way of creating that sweet smooth scrolling effect...
however, it's a bit hacky. and I'm actually not entirely sure why it works.
and it also doesn't feel as smooth & beautiful as for example locomotive.js
it does however require 0 lines of custom code.
and the best part is that...
...native scroll interactions work flawlessly (i think).
...native scroll interactions work flawlessly (i think).
...native scroll interactions work flawlessly (i think).
...native scroll interactions work flawlessly (i think).
...native scroll interactions work flawlessly (i think).
...native scroll interactions work flawlessly (i think).
...native scroll interactions work flawlessly (i think).

you might however want to use the same smoothness for the interactions as the smooth scrolling is using. In my case 90%.
